Voyager Textile

Privacy Policy

Last reviewed:

This policy explains what information this website handles, for what purpose and with whom. The website presents Voyager Textile’s manufacturing services to business buyers and lets them send production enquiries; job seekers and students can also apply for a job or an internship. Professionals can also apply for early access to Voyager Academy, a learning platform in development. The website has no customer accounts, online shop, payments or newsletter; the only email updates are the optional Voyager Academy launch updates described below.

This website is operated by Voyager Textile Ltd Sti., an apparel manufacturer in Türkiye and part of VGR Group. For questions about this policy or about information you have sent us, write to [email protected].

When you send the enquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, product type and quantity, and any further information you choose to add, such as a phone number, country, size range, fabric, colours, timing, branding requirements or notes. We use this information to review your enquiry, answer it and prepare a quotation.

Files are optional. When file uploads are enabled, you can attach up to three PDF or image files; selecting a file does not upload it, and files are sent only together with the form.

The form and any files are delivered to our inbox through Formspree, an enquiry delivery service. The website itself does not keep enquiries or files in a database or on its server.

With the form, the enquiry can include the product reference you asked about, the pages and links that led you to the form, the language of the site and campaign tags from the link you followed (such as UTM parameters). This helps us understand the context of the request. Form text and files are never passed to the analytics service.

Please send only information and files you are authorised to share. The note on enquiry privacy, linked from the form, summarises the same points.

If you write to [email protected], we use your message and contact details to reply and to handle your request.

When you send a general enquiry through the contact page, we receive your name, business email address, the topic you chose and your message, your company name if you add it, and the page, language and time of sending. We use this information only to answer your enquiry. General enquiries are delivered to our inbox through Formspree, separately from production enquiries; the website itself does not keep them, and no form content is passed to the analytics service.

When you apply through the Careers page, we receive the details you enter in the job or internship application form, such as your name, email address, the work or internship you are interested in and your studies, together with your CV and any document you choose to add. We use this information only to assess your application and to contact you about it; it is not used for sales enquiries or marketing.

Applications and their files are delivered to our inbox through Formspree, the form delivery service also used for enquiries. The website itself does not keep them in a database or on its server, and no form content, file name or document is passed to the analytics service.

When you apply for early access to Voyager Academy, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email address, company and role, and, if you add them, your country, the topics that interest you and a message. The application also records that you confirmed reading this policy and the language of the page. We use this information only to handle your application and to contact you about it. An application does not create an account.

Launch updates are separate and optional. Only if you tick that box do we use your email address to send you general news about the launch of Voyager Academy. Leaving it unticked does not affect your application, and you can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

Our company film is hosted on YouTube. Until you press play, the page shows a still image served by this website, and nothing is loaded from YouTube in your browser. When you press play, the film and YouTube’s player are loaded from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on YouTube, a Google service, receives data such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies, under Google’s own privacy policy. The link “Watch on YouTube” opens the film on youtube.com.

The live website measures its use with Umami, a web analytics service. It counts page views and a few steps towards an enquiry, such as clicking an enquiry button or opening and sending the form, never the content of the form. Page addresses are reduced to the page path and campaign tags, and the referring website to its address. Browsers that send a Do Not Track signal are not counted. Umami is used without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

The website also uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how pages are used. It runs on every page and records page views and confirmed form submissions as events, never the content of a form; Google signals and advertising features are turned off. Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise a returning browser, and Google may process the data outside the EU and Türkiye under its own safeguards. You can block it with your browser’s cookie or tracking-protection settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

The website’s own code sets no cookies. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier), which last up to two years. The website also keeps two small entries in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab:

  • the pages and campaign tags that led you to the enquiry form, sent only together with an enquiry;
  • a note that the floating enquiry button has already been highlighted once during your visit.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver them. Fonts are served by this website itself, not loaded from a font service.

You can ask us which information from your enquiry or emails we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you are, the data protection law that applies to you may give you further rights.

We update this policy when the way this website handles information changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
