From your brief to dispatch.
The full production process at Voyager Textile. A sample is approved before bulk begins; specifications and approvals guide every following step.
- 01
RFQ & Project Briefing
You tell us the product, target quantities and timing. A tech pack is ideal, but a clear brief is enough to start the conversation.
- 02
Tech Pack & Specification Review
We review design, measurements, construction, fabric, colours and branding for manufacturability and flag anything that needs a decision.
- 03
Fabric, Colour, Trim & Branding Review
Fabric options, colour approach (stock vs. custom Pantone), trims, labels and decoration techniques are agreed before development starts.
- 04
Material Sourcing & Development
Fabrics and trims are sourced or developed to the agreed specification, including certified material options where required.
- 05
Sample Development
We sew a sample to your specification. Sample timing depends on fabric availability, custom dyeing and decoration, and is confirmed after technical review.
- 06
Sample Approval
You review fit, construction, colour and branding. Revisions are sampled again until you approve. Bulk never starts on an unapproved sample.
- 07
Bulk Production Planning
Materials are booked, the production slot is scheduled and quantities per size and colour are locked.
- 08
Cutting & Sewing
Fabric is relaxed, cut and sewn on our own production lines, with in-line checks during assembly.
- 09
Branding & Decoration
Embroidery, transfer and sublimation printing run in-house; specialist print processes run with established partners under our management.
- 10
Finishing & Quality Control
Trimming, pressing and final piece-by-piece inspection against the approved sample and specification.
- 11
Packing
Folded, bagged and cartoned to your packing instructions, retail-ready packaging where specified.
- 12
Export Documentation & Dispatch
Commercial documents are prepared and the shipment is coordinated for handover to your forwarder or agreed logistics.
Typical bulk production takes 4–5 weeks after sample approval. Development, sampling and shipping are additional and depend on the project.
