A previous production reference, not a stocked product. It demonstrates construction and decoration capability; every project is manufactured to the customer's own specification after sample approval.
How jeans are built
Jeans are trousers cut from denim, a warp-faced twill usually woven with an indigo warp and an undyed weft. The five-pocket layout, felled seams in two- or three-needle chainstitch, a J-stitched fly, a folder-bound waistband and rivets at the pocket corners set them apart from chinos.
Raw denim can shed indigo onto other clothing, so rubbing fastness belongs in the specification. Stone, acid and mineral washes that give denim its finished look are carried out by partner facilities, and measurements are approved after washing, since washing changes length and width.
