How a long-sleeve tee is built
A long-sleeve tee follows the T-shirt build in single jersey or interlock, with the sleeve carried to the wrist. The wrist is where it differs: a plain coverstitched hem keeps the sleeve soft and stable, while a rib cuff grips the arm and holds the sleeve in place.
The longer sleeve adds fabric per piece and makes spirality easier to see, because a twisting seam shows along the forearm. Sleeve length is graded per size, and a sleeve print goes on the flat panel before the underarm seam is closed.
