A previous production reference, not a stocked product. It demonstrates construction and decoration capability; every project is manufactured to the customer's own specification after sample approval.
How trousers are built
Trousers are woven bottom-weight garments built as sub-assemblies: front pockets set into the fronts, a zip fly with a shield, legs joined at inseam and side seam, and only then an interlined waistband with belt loops. Fit depends on front and back rise, thigh and inseam more than on the waist.
Legs are cut on grain, because an off-grain leg twists after washing and cannot be corrected. Bartacks go at pocket corners, the fly base, belt loops and the crotch. Unlike joggers, trousers are pressed during assembly, which is also when a crease is set.
