A previous production reference, not a stocked product. It demonstrates construction and decoration capability; every project is manufactured to the customer's own specification after sample approval.
How a jacket is built
A jacket is built in layers: a woven shell, usually a lining, interlining at the collar, facings and cuffs, and sometimes insulation. A lined jacket is two garments assembled separately and joined at the facings, hem and cuffs, an operation called bagging out.
The layer count, not the style name, sets the workload and the quotation. Pockets are welt, patch, zipped or in-seam, each with its own bag. Woven outerwear is pressed at several points during assembly, at controlled temperatures on coated shells so the surface is not damaged.
