A previous production reference, not a stocked product. It demonstrates construction and decoration capability; every project is manufactured to the customer's own specification after sample approval.
How leggings are built
Leggings are cut-and-sew from four-way stretch knit, not seamless knitted. The pattern uses negative ease, so measurements are stated relaxed and flat. A diamond or triangular gusset replaces the four-seam crotch intersection, and seams are flatlock or overlock with coverstitch so they extend without breaking.
Two fabric properties decide the result: recovery, which stops knees bagging, and opacity when stretched, checked on a worn sample in the actual colour. The waistband is elastic in a folded casing, a wide self-fabric band or a contoured high-rise band, and roll-down is judged in wear.
