How an activewear set is built
An activewear set pairs a fitted top, such as a crop top or training top, with leggings or shorts in the same stretch knit, approved and packed together. The pieces are cut-and-sew from polyester or polyamide with elastane, not seamless knitted, with flatlock or coverstitched seams that stretch.
The set problem is matching: both pieces should come from one dye lot, and rib or mesh inserts are approved against the main fabric for colour and stretch. Opacity is checked stretched, in the actual shade. Sublimation suits polyester sets; polyamide sets use transfers or silicone prints.
